Représentations du changement chez les enseignants dans le champ scolaire en France et accompagnement d’équipes d’écoles

Abstract : As part of an international project with chilean team, an exploratory investigation launched between 2008 and 2010 to gather the representations of teachers on the change in the French school field identified their feelings on a few salient aspects of their profession, especially with regard to requirements for the framework law of 23 February 2005 on Education in France. Complementary manner, work to support school teams with a pair of researchers clarified representations of change mentioned in the questionnaire and to identify which objects of change, schools have chosen This research allows to identify some effects of globalization of educational policies on teachers to regional scale. Further, we have identified what kind of change the representations of primary school teachers involved in this research correspond
