Évaluation expérimentale de la modélisation énergétique d'un fauteuil roulant électrique

Abstract : For a disabled person using an electric wheelchair, having a tool for predicting the feasibility of making a journey from A to B, taking into account the available battery charge, is of major interest. This point is so sensitive that some wheelchair users limit their movements for fear of breaking down and not being able to return home. This document is based on energy modelling of the electric wheelchair in order to provide the user with an energy prediction tool to help them assess the possibility of making a return journey. This study proposes a parametric modelling of the coefficients linked to the different energies consumed. This is applied to a 4-wheel electric wheelchair and then compared with the parameters obtained for a 6-wheel electric wheelchair. This energy modelling is finally evaluated on an outdoor journey.
