Apprentissage à distance en contexte professionnel : Tutorat et médiatisations contre l’abandon.

Abstract : This article analyses the ways in which distance learning at workplace answer s quality of practices If tutorial accompaniment (socio emotional, organizational , pedagogical) is always important for reduce school dropout, which is quality of tutorial system (workplace, university, social life)? We interviewed master studies via e learning. Are has to note : framework of training, the possible links between workplace and places of training, and the coherence of the personal environment leaning. So the device of training is one of the essential element s of the success in distance training.
