Chimie supportée sur phase solide

Abstract : The supported chemistry is a chemical reaction where the substrate, the reagent or the catalyst is grafted on an insoluble solid support. The use of solvent is limited because the purification steps are simple solid/liquid filtrations. As the polymer is recyclable this technique takes all its place in the concept of green chemistry. This article describes the advantages and the inconveniences of the chemistry on solid phase, will help the reader to choose the support, to select the method and to identify the possible analyses for a better follow-up according to his objectives of synthesis through numerous selected examples.
