Theoretical Comparison between Calibration Standards using Straight and Bended CPW's

Résumé

The purpose of this article is to describe the effect of the parasitic even mode on the propagation of a signal along a bended coplanar waveguide and to evaluate the errors when bended standards are used in a TRL calibration instead of straight ones.
