De la prescription nationale à la mise en acte sur le terrain : analyse de certaines activités de l'enseignant référent

Abstract : From the legislative texts, this article first shows a comparative analysis of former “secrétaires de Commissions de l’éducation special” and current “enseignants referents” (french educational coordinators of pupils with special educational needs) in the two successive legislative plans (Law of June 30th, 1975 and Law of February 11th, 2005). Based on the study of the implementation of the prescription, the article, secondly, highlights the inter and intra-departmental interpretations of the legal framework defining the function of “enseignant referent”. The notions of “genre” and “style”, borrowed from the clinic of activity, supported the analysis of certain activities of the “enseignant referent“.
