Dynamique d’une Organisation et Processus de Régulation : Vers le Concept de Régulation Mixte - Le Cas d’une Association d’Action Sociale

Abstract : This research aims at describing and understanding the strategic trajectory of the dynamics of rules. This theoretical framework combines both organizational and strategic dimensions of dynamic of rules, to present the concept of “mixed regulation”. The qualitative methodology is based on a single case, studying a non-profit organization within the socio-medical sector. Following a narrative strategy, the data was analyzed and coded by theme. The main results show the role of evolutions of micro-rules within the dynamics of organization. The “mixed regulation” highlights the interactions between retrospective, projective and dimensions and takes into account the dynamic of macro-rules.
