An Overview of blind Equalization Algorithms for Digital Communications

Abstract

A main topics in modern wireless communication systems is the development of equalization algorithms for different single-carrier modulations. This paper lists the most important blind equalization techniques for single-carrier modulations. A detailed study of some of these most used approaches in the literature is presented, in particular their principles, characteristics, operating conditions, advantages and disadvantages.
