La crise de La Hague : vers une démocratisation de la gestion des risques ?

Abstract : After the mad cow crisis, the crisis at La Hague pushed experts to center-stage once again. Faced with the proliferation of the known threats and risks, the question is whether contemporary societies will be able to invent a culture of insecurity that takes the interests of growing number of those who risk to suffer from the development of techno-sciences into account.
