Le repas: un contexte structurant dans la socialisation alimentaire. Le cas des repas partagés entre enfants

Abstract : For a few years, the awareness by the public authorities of the rise of obesity in the children has contributed to increaseresearch in social sciences. This research tries to better understand the food practices in order to seek levers of action to encourage young consumers to eat in more balanced way. In this context, this paper examines the food behaviors and the social interactions created around the meals taken between children. It points out that the meals between children are structured around the food preferences of each child and highlights the diversity of the mechanisms of influence and interactions in the group of peers.
