Comment expliquer le départ volontaire des chercheurs ?

This article is dedicated to the reasons why researchers leave their employer. An exploratory research was undertaken to study 38 changes of employer made by 21 researchers in microelectronics and computer services.Compare to the existing literature, three new reasons were identified : the organizational configuration, the interest for the technological field or the sector of activity, and the disagreement with the strategy of the organization.
Cet article analyse les raisons du départ volontaire des chercheurs, à travers une recherche exploratoire portant sur 38 départs volontaires effectués par 21 chercheurs spécialisés dans la microélectronique et l’informatique.Par rapport à la littérature, trois nouveaux motifs ont été identifiés : la configuration organisationnelle, l’ intérêt pour le domaine technologique ou le secteur d’activité et le désaccord avec la stratégie de l’organisation.
