The invention relates to compounds of formula (I) as well as to neurogenic enantiomers thereof, acid salts thereof, hydrates thereof or to solvation products thereof. Among a large number of possible meanings, X is a halogen, Y is an oxygen atom; all the coefficients m, n, r and s have a value of 1, R is a methyl, and R' is a cycloalkyl. The invention also includes methods for preparing the above compounds and pharmaceutical compositions including same.
